Every project is different, so I provide custom quotes based on your manuscript length, trim size, file condition, images/tables, publishing platform, and final deliverables.

My formatting rate is $25/hour.

After reviewing your project details, I’ll provide an estimated number of hours and a project quote before work begins.

To reserve your project on my schedule, a 50% deposit is due at booking. The remaining balance is due before final files are delivered.

For larger projects, milestone payments may be available.

When you request a quote, please include as much of the following as you can:

• Word count 
• Genre/type of book 
• Desired trim size, if known 
• Publishing platform, such as KDP or IngramSpark 
• Whether you need print, ebook, or both 
• Number of images, tables, charts, or special elements 
• Whether your manuscript is fully edited/final 
• Any deadline or launch date 
• Any sample interiors or style references you like
